François Champagne
François Champagne is full professor of health care management, health policy and health care evaluation and collaborator in the Unité de santé internationale at the School of Public Health, Université de Montréal. He was Scientific Officer of the Canadian Health Services Foundation, now the Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement from 2003 to 2013 and was Chair of the Advisory Board of the Institute of Health Services and Policy Research from 2004 to 2007.
